We called them stuffed cookies. They were stuffed with cherries, chocolate, dates, and nuts. The dough was rolled out stuffed and folded over to form a loaf, then baked. When done they were iced with a confectioners sugar and milk icing, then cut across like biscotti. We made them at Christmas when I was a kid. Help! Show more
