Hi Rossella. I would like to know if there has been any confirmed dates and locations on the 2015 culinary tours. Forgive me if this has been discussed or posted. My work has kept me busy; however, it is seasonal work and now it's time for me to roll up my sleeves and get back to cooking.
I just made Rossella's Cherry Nutella Cheesecake. Its baking as I write. I am going to have a difficult time waiting for Easter day to try it !!!!!

I just read the recipe for potato gnocchi and am going to try it tomorrow. Where might I be able to purchase a gnocchi board? I know it is not a necessity, but it would be nice to have one.

Pizza with Olive Oil. This is a favorite of mine. Easy to make and very delicious.
