Created by Nonna Antoinette,

Nothing is as refreshing as a cold cup of Ambrosia in the summer, especially after a barbecue! Here is my version...enjoy! your social media marketing partner
  • 1 pkg of Instant French Vanilla pudding
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of cold milk
  • 2/3 of an 8oz container of Cool Whip
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 1 - 15oz can of fruit cocktail, in natural juice (well drained)

  • 2 tbsp of mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Maraschino cherries to decorate before serving

  1. First step is to make the pudding by only using 1 and 1/2 cups of milk instead of 2 as directed on package- you want a solid pudding for this recipe.
  2. Let pudding sit for 5 minutes to achieve consistency.
  3. Mix the Cool Whip completely with the pudding using delicate strokes.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients (except cherries) and mix gently.
  5. Let the Ambrosia sit for at least an hour in the fridge.
  6. Decorate with maraschino cherries before serving. your social media marketing partner
Additional Tips

If you really want to make an impressive presentation, you can serve Ambrosia on your fruit pies instead of plain whipped cream.
