  1. Follow directions on crescent roll package and bake. Remove rolls from oven when golden, let cool.
  2. Place the mascarpone cheese into a large bowl, whisk in the powdered sugar slowly. In a separate bowl using a whisk blend the eggs and 1/2 cup milk together. {p.s.- I like to add just a drop of vanilla extract to the mix!}
  3. Add butter to large frying pan, melt over medium heat until bubbly. In the meantime slice your rolls lengthwise 3/4" of the way through, leaving the roll "hinged". Dip each roll into the egg mixture - fry a minute or so on both the inside and outside of each roll until golden.
  4. Remove rolls from frying pan, slather {or pipe in with a piping bag} the inside {flat side] of each roll with cream mixture, then fill with strawberries. Top off with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and a dusting of powdered sugar. Stand each roll on the hinged side of the bread, you are ready to serve! your social media marketing partner
Additional Tips

Feel free to try this with classic italian bread cutting into 4 inch sized little loaves. Then slice each little loaf almost in 1/2 horizontally- being sure to NOT cut all the way though, leaving each sliced hinged. Proceed with recipe from step 2.
