Almond Granita


For the Granita:

  • 4 cups ice
  • 4 ounces almond paste
  • 0.5 cup toasted almonds
  • 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.25 cup Latte di Mandorla syrup


Get the Almond Milk HERE!

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

If you’d like the granita to be more firm. Pour into a loaf pan and freeze for 30 minutes stirring halfway through.
