Baked Lemon Garlic Shrimp


For the Shrimp:

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 cup salted butter, melted and cooled
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 lemons, juice only
  • 1 lemon. zest only
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves, minced


Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Drizzle the oil over a baking sheet. Set aside.

Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and toss the shrimp making sure they’re well coated.

Spread the shrimp out onto a baking sheet and cook until the shrimp are pink, about 10-12 minutes. Serve with crusty Italian bread.
