Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit a 13x18 inch baking sheet
Using a marker, draw a heart on the parchment and flip it over into the sheet.
Add the chocolate frosting to a pastry bag or a plastic bag with a corner cut off and outline the heart.
Spread Nutella inside the Chocolate frosting boarder. Top with sprinkles if using.
Arrange your dippers all around the heart.
