Daughter of an awesome cook, my mother, was born in Reggio Calabria, Italy married my father who was also born in Calabria and he came to America in 1938. They were married in June 1949 and came to America. Wish now I had paid more attention to her recipes when she cooked. It’s difficult trying to recreate her dishes.
