My husband and I are empty nesters with our only child, Christopher, 25. He is a successful photographer/videographer in LA and we live in Maryland. We are both retired from the Federal Government. It’s hard to cook for two, especially since my husband is only a meat, potatoes, and dessert man!!! He is not an adventurous eater!! Kind of discourages me from experimenting in the kitchen!!
