My grandmother hails from Naples. I grew up with her style of delicious culinary fare. She even had her own restaurants for a good part of her life. My mother was also an accomplished cook. I am very comfortable in the kitchen and have worked in numerous restaurants myself. My sister in law, Susan Perrone Conti speaks VERY highly of you!
