Happy Easter, After baking my Easter pies they seem to fallen or shrunk down so much, I don't remember this happing before just about 1/2 the size of the pan that was full when I prepared it, What could I have done wrong ?

Joe C Hi this is your recipe ,I used ricotta instead of basket cheese as I did last year , nothing leaked out of the pans .
Last year they didn't do this.
