
My Italian Nonna and Mama would be proud -- made a big pot of tomatoe sauce (gravy) and a whole bunch of delicious meatballs for Sunday's dinner!


I made a wonderful Eggplant Parmesan today --- delicious! I tried baking some of the eggplant instead of frying them -- my preference, fried as it is just more traditional to me and has a better flavour
