Does anyone have the authentic recipe for "Scaccia (sp?)"? It is similar to a Stromboli but is made with quite a bit of fresh parsley and a tomatoe based spread that is folded over onto itself? My Mom always made it but she never wrote down the recipe and her dementia has made it imporssible for me to recover. Any help is appreciated.
