About me
I’m Italian my fathers parents were from Italy and I couldn’t absorb enough of them. My moms parents Italian as well but born here. Loved sitting around the dinner table for hours eating and listening to them talk about times when they grew up. So many great stories. But not to many remembered by me.
I enjoy cooking but find myself in a slump sometimes on finding new family dinners. I have 3 college boys and a college graduate daughter. Before they go back to school I’d like to make them a beautiful Italian meal. I think I may tackle your stove top eggplant and chicken with artichoke and sundried tomatoes. Yumm. Thank you. And your mom and nonna are so adorable. Reminds me of my mom and grandmother.
