Scalcione – Savory Onion Pie recipe
Baked at 400 degrees for 50 minutes and crust was way too hard. I cooked it in a deep dish pizza pan.

Sorry... all ovens are not the same. BTW, the crust is supposed to be crispy. Next time in your oven cook it a little less!
