Male Son Can get by!

Flattening the pasta went quite well, it was when I went to cut into linguini or fettuccine is where the problems began.

I made homemade pasta this morning. Simply and small portion.
(1 cup) all purpose flour
(3/4 cup) semolina flour
(2 large) eggs
(1 Tbsp) olive oil
(1/2 Tsp) sea salt

rossella rago Two large eggs may have made the dough too soft and sticky for the cutters. try adding some semolina or flour on the pasta sheet before you pass it thru the machine. 2 years ago
