I made homemade pasta this morning. Simply and small portion.
(1 cup) all purpose flour
(3/4 cup) semolina flour
(2 large) eggs
(1 Tbsp) olive oil
(1/2 Tsp) sea salt
I gave the ingredients so it may help answer my next question.

Two large eggs may have made the dough too soft and sticky for the cutters. try adding some semolina or flour on the pasta sheet before you pass it thru the machine.
