For the tree:
- 2 rolls Pillsbury pizza crust, or 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 pound bocconcini mozzarella approximately, *you will need 29 pieces to make the Christmas tree
- 1/2 lb prosciutto slices, torn into pieces
- 1 large egg , beaten
- Dried oregano as desired
- Garlic powder as desired
- Grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese as desired
- Cherry tomatoes and rosemary sprigs for decor

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
- Unroll the pizza dough and roll it out on a clean surface using a rolling pin to make it an even layer.
- Using a knife or a pizza cutter, cut out squares about 3x3 inches. You will need 29 pieces of dough to make the tree.
- Using a paper towel, dry off the bocconcini. Wrap each one in prosciutto and enclose in the dough, rolling to seal the edges.
- Arrange the balls on a parchment lined baking sheet into a tree shape
- Brush with the beaten egg, and then sprinkle generously with oregano, garlic powder and cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tree has developed some color.
- Broil for 2 minutes for some extra browning.
- Decorate and enjoy!
