For the Shrimp
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- salt as desired
- 1/4 cup dry white wine such as pinot grigio
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated pecorino romano cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- Lemon juice for sprinkling at the end

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
Put a large oven safe saute pan over a medium/high flame and heat the oil.
Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds
Add the shrimp to the pan and season with salt as desired.
Cook the shrimp for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
Add the wine to the pan and cook for 1 minute
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and cheese over the shrimp.
Drizzle all the shrimp with oil and transfer the pan to the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Broil the shrimp for 2-3 minutes, or until they are perfectly golden brown.
Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice before serving!
