Ingredients

For the Salad
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella
- 1 beefsteak tomato
- extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
- balsamic glaze for drizzling
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Slice the mozzarella a little less that 1/2" thick. Use a heart shaped cookie cutter to make hearts from the mozzarella.
- Slice the tomatoes a little less that 1/2" thick.
- Place the mozzarella and the tomatoes in a platter.
- Chop one leaf of fresh basil and sprinkle over the tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and balsamic glaze.
- Finish with salt and black pepper as desired.
