My Dear Friends,

I'm so excited to have been invited as the Special Guest at the Festa Italiana in Seattle which will take place on September 24 & 25, 2011. At this event I will be doing a demo on each day at 3:00PM. (See Full Schedule). On one of the days, I will be doing a demo with a local Italian Nonna. The Nonna selected for the demo is Nonna Enza Sorrentino, representiting Sicily. Nonna Enza is also the proud owner of a fantastic restaurant in Seattle: Enza Cucina Siciliana!
