Join us for an evening to explore the holiday flavors of Campania and Puglia. On December 10, 2014, I will host a special Holiday Cooking Dinner/Demonstration at one of my favorite Connecticut restaurants Massimo Pizzeria Ristorante owned by Chef Massimo Colandrea of Monte di Procida, Naples. We will be combining traditions from Naples and Puglia together with Nonna Pina visiting from Naples and my Nonna Romana from Puglia. The dinner will be a four course meal where you will not only enjoy the food but will also learn how to make with me and my Nonne. The holiday menu we have created for this event is a collaboration of traditions from the two regions. We will be fusing popular Christmas fish dishes with a modern twist to incorporate both Nonne's authentic recipes.
