foundation for who I am today. Strong traditions and the family unit were instilled in me at an early age. Celebrating life with people I love has soon become the most important thing to me. The one thing I learned about growing up the Italian way was that we were usually brought together around food. Making tomato sauce at home with my whole family, watching mom make fresh pasta and bread, aunts, uncles and cousins sharing food we made and traditional dishes passed down from generations... it always seemed to be the glue that kept us all together Big family gatherings and the love of great food soon fueled something inside me and it became a big part of my life. I realized that it had become the one thing I was really passionate about. I used this passion to go to culinary school and studied under a master chef to learn the fundamentals of classical cuisine. Combining the traditions of the Italian kitchen with the technique and skill set I learned in my training, I have become a chef in my own right. Join me on this journey, as food was meant to be shared.
