Rossella, I love your site, especially the VIDEOS. My mother-in-law (MIL) was born in Foggia, Apulia and my sister-in-law, was actually from Bari and your Nonna reminds me so much of her. My MIL lived with us for 23 years and taught me many of her wonderful great receipts. The problem is she never wrote then down and I tried to measure them exactly as she made them, but she used to add a little of this and a little of that so they never tasted exactly like hers. My parents came Abruzzi, Italy and my Mom was a fantastic cook, and I make a lot of her dishes. My father-in-law was from Lazio, so I have a lot of wonderful recipes to make. I am a great cook and some of my dishes are better then my elders. With your fantastic Cook Books, I have been able to many of their receipts exactly as they did. I am so excited. I have your knives and would not be without them. I am 85 yrs old & have 8 children, 16 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren and with our in-laws, we now are a family of 47 members. I have entertained a lot in my day and we still celebrate Italian-American Holidays and most always try to make them. Thank You for doing all you have done to make my and my family's life better.
