I'm back in the saddle again!! I hope you've all been well and cooking up a storm. Fall weather has been beautiful her in Colorado, a little cool rain has prompted me to make a hearty Italian Escarole soup with homemade Orecchiette. I've entered my recipe in the Columbus Day Soup contest! Cheers!
