Southerner, born and bred. A new Italian friend of about 10 years has really peaked my interest in Italian cooking. From what I've seen so far, I like your recipes way better than hers. She cooks Italian every day but from a very limited repertoire. If she didn't eat it growing up, she doesn't like it and isn't going to try it. Crazy! With your help I'm hoping to teach her a thing or two. Lol
