I am a retired 73 year old woman living in a retirement community in South Carolina after moving here from Massapequa Park, NY 9years ago. We love living in this community and everyone entertains a lot. I love cooking when time permits and make dinner at least 4 out of 7 nights.
Others we have a left over, dine out or just a fast meal, sometimes omelets.
