All of my Italian Family is deceased. I am a 71 Year old Nonna using my 1st Generation Italian mother's recipes ( SHE WAS AN EXPERT KNOWN FOR HER COOKING AND BAKING). I also use my Italian nonna's recipes from Calabria. Her cooking and baking was more peasant and down home. I have added to some, changed some, and used their recipes as they are.
