I really don't enjoy cooking, never have in my life. However, I would like to try some new things now, as my children's, and my taste buds have drastically changed. My dad is Italian, and my mom is Irish, I tend to have more of the Irish taste buds, but I love pasta. I would like to get to know more about Italian cooking. Wish my Grandmother was still alive to teach me some of the things she made that I loved growing up. Well that about sums me up. Have a great day everyone!!
