My grandfather came from Caggiano. I'm not sure yet where my Nana's family was from. My fondest memories of my Nana were when she allowed me to grate the Romano cheese on Sunday's and helped her with frying the meatballs. My father and mother weren't big on cooking authentic Italian food however when I was growing up so I'm trying to bring some of the culture back to my family and my kids.
