I love cooking but not as much as my mom who is the Nonna. When you describe your Nonna taking her cookies to the doctors and whoever else appreciates good Italian treats, it totally reminds me of my mother. Cooking is a part of our heritage and who we are as a family. Our Sunday feasts are truly an awesome event. When I tell people that we do this every Sunday they cannot believe that we don't get sick of each other. Between my parents, siblings, spouses and all of our children we are a group of 19. My mother does most of the cooking and we just fill in the extras here and there. She makes a meat and a pasta for sure as well as some other treasures that she whips up like nothing!
