A 100% Italian Nonno, married 33 years with currently 4 children ( 2boys & 2 Girls) and 4 grandchildren. I have had two concurrent careers, one as a Chef graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1975, and the other as a Firefighter, formerly serving as an Auxiliary with FDNY at Engine 211 & Ladder 119 in Brooklyn. Now living in Taylors South Carolina with my wife with the children almost all out of the nest, with my youngest son Joseph a college senior...(& single Rosella....LOL)
