I am second generation Italian - American. MY mother's side of the family is from Bari, My father's side of the family is from Basilicata. I cook mostly traditional Italian food. I grew up in New York City. I have visited Italy many times but have yet to go to either of the two places my family is from. I am planning to do that on my next trip to Italy.
