i'm all about authentic, regional Italian and Jewish cooking as well as comfort cooking. one of my specialties is an apricot and orange, stuffed Cornish hen, great for Thanksgiving and not difficult to make. I grow my own veggies and herbs and love using ingredients from my own garden.
