I love to cook, especially Italian! I took a 15 culinary vacation to Italy that was magical. Spent 7 days in a villa in Ponte Signa and cooked and traveled throughout Tuscany and Florence. That is where I learned that with great ingredients a lot of the dishes are pretty easy to prepare, including pasta. I also spent 4 days in Rome and 4 days in Venice. I fell in love with the people, the country and especially the food. My dream is to move there one day. Il mio cuore appartiene a Italia ma soprattutto in Toscana!! ♥
