Thank you Rosella! I use "Nonna's Pizza Rustica" recipe on here, I add a little black pepper to the crust, and for the meats I use Hot capicolla, sweet capicolla, and dried sausage. And basket cheese is a MUST. Regular ricotta has too much moisture.
