I'm first generation here in the US. My parents are from Acri, Cosenza in Calabria Italy. My grandparents(now deceased), aunts, uncles,cousins are all still there. My family continues all the traditions like making homemade wine, sausage,sopressata,prosciutto,capicolla, pasta, bread, pickled vegetables, just to name a few! We love all the traditions and hope to carry them on for years and years to come.
