I am a single father of a wonderful little boy. I strive to make sure he understands and appreciates where and what his family and our history are all about. As a matter of fact, my family was one of the original 24 founding families of Venice! I strive to do my best in the kitchen as it is my sanctuary and stress reliever. I guess we all need one of those especially since I am in the Entertainment Management business.
