I am a second generation Italian-American. Both maternal & paternal grandparents are from the Apuglia region (Foggia [Rodi Garganico], and Bari). My family and I have settled and resided in Hoboken, New Jersey, since our grandparents made their way to the United States. We have been fortunate enough to visit Italy, and the Apuglia region over the years, and still have relatives there. We have most recently opened (February 2020) an Italian restaurant and bar in Hoboken. I love your website, and absolutely love following you and your Nonna!! Any advice/recipes you would like to share that are "tipico" of Apuglia?
