In toscany where I come from, we made a special bread in the town of Altopascio salt free, and is shipped all over Europe, expecially for Italian restaurants. Would very much like to know if some of your Nonnas expecially the one from Altamura could give me the recipe, though here in South America the flower is not what one can say ''exellent ''. Thank you for all your recipes. Keep up the good work.
