I am of Italian and Puerto Rican descent. I learned to cook from my mom who was Puerto Rican. She loved to cook and could Italian food like an Italian. Family gatherings (the Italian side) were always at our house. I am keeping her memory and recipes alive by creating a cookbook for my sons with hers and my recipes.
