The Crostata -apple tart recipe in Italisn desserts. It didn't have pastry like a normal crostata but sounded like a lovely apple tart.

I tried to make the apple crostata today and unfortunately it really didn't come out well at all. It was far too wet and although it was cooked it seems there wasn't enough flour. The taste of the batter was lovely but there was no rise when it cooled so I'm not sure if the ingredient amounts are correct?
