Female Nonna Can cook like a Nonna!
Just watched the video to make Saltimbocca alla Romana (looks heavenly) and was wondering if you could substitute chicken for the veal? My husband is not a veal eater (I am) and in order to make a meal at the same time, wondered if I could possibly use chiken for him. Would love to hear if anyone has done it that way. Thanks!
