Ingredients

For the Granita:

  • 4 cups ice
  • 4 ounces almond paste
  • 1/2 cup toasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Latte di Mandorla syrup

Directions

  1. Get the Almond Milk HERE!
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
  3. If you’d like the granita to be more firm. Pour into a loaf pan and freeze for 30 minutes stirring halfway through.
