For the Granita:
- 4 cups ice
- 4 ounces almond paste
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup Latte di Mandorla syrup

- Get the Almond Milk HERE!
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
- If you’d like the granita to be more firm. Pour into a loaf pan and freeze for 30 minutes stirring halfway through.
