For the Pasta Salad:
- 1 14 oz package frozen Tortellini
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup Basil Pesto Sauce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Castelvetrano olives
- 2 cups Marinated Artichoke Hearts
- 8 ounces Mozzarella Bocconcini

Directions
- Drop the Tortellini into generously salted boiling water and cook according to package instructions.
- Drain and toss the tortellini with the oil. Cool for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and toss to coat everything in the pesto sauce.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving. Serve chilled.
