For the cannoli:

  • 1 7oz jar Pistachio spread
  • 1 pound mascarpone cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar, plus more for sprinkling at the end
  • 9 large cannoli shells
  • Crushed pistachios for garnish

  2. Yield: fills 9 large cannoli shells.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the pistachio spread and mascarpone cheese. Beat using an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Add the confectioners sugar to the bowl and mix in with a spoon or a spatula until fully absorbed.
  5. Pipe into cannoli shells and sprinkle with crushed pistachios and confectioners sugar.
  6. Enjoy immediately or slightly chilled.
