Cucina "Very" Povera della Nonna!
My Nonna Romana often tells me about her good old days as a child and the type of foods they ate. Many of the dishes of course were made with whatever was grown in the family. If you were a farmer, you ate mostly farm products, if you were a fisherman... you ate leftover fish (very fresh) every day, Of course the prized fish was sold.
