Easter Cannoli
Cannoli are appreciated at all holidays and occasions. Easter is no exceptions. Fill your Cannoli with Custard cream and they will look great on your Easter table.

For the Cream:
- 3 3/4 cups (900 ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (100 ml) heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups (300 gr) sugar
- 3/4 cup (100 gr) corn starch
- 10 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 lemon, peel only

Directions
- Make the Custard Cream according to this Recipe.
- Let the Custard Cream completely cool.
- Fill the Cannoli and serve.
